Merrit Spicer has 39 years of experience in dance with training, teaching and performing.  Although her degree is in Radiology Technology, her passion has always been dance.  She has taught locally for several studios and has choreographed for show choirs, pageants and theatres.  She has had extensive training from Gus Giordano and Hubbard Street dance in Chicago and Germaine Salsberg at Broadway Dance in New York City.  In 2002 and 2003 she was chosen as a “Top Teacher” with Star Systems dance competition.  During her years of training she has held local, state and national talent competition titles.
Dawn Crow has 40 years dance experience with 29 years as a Dance Instructor and High School Dance team coach for Bismarck High School and Oakwood High School. She has 2 sons and lives in Danville. She has a degree in Early Childhood Development and works as a Customer Service Representative for Dawson Logistics. As a dancer she has competed locally, statewide and nationally earning high honors with her Dance Team, such as "Best Small Group" "Best Large Group" and "Best Dance Team" at Regency Dance Competitions. She has choreographed for Red Mask, DLO, Sunshine Productions and Danville High School's Contemporaires. She is thrilled to be back teaching along side her long time dance buddies and good friends at Roselawn Dance.
